Pillows are not sold with pillow inserts to keep the cost lower. A pillow insert will need to be purchased separately. Pillow inserts can be found at places like Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Measure your pillow before ordering to know what size insert to purchase as the sizes do vary depending on the original size of the bibbers used.
